House rule
Dear guests! Our apartment / Our cottage should be your second home. The following house rules should be a help for a harmonious stay. We have also listed some rules that we hope will help you understand. By treating the apartment properly, you will continue to help us to offer you and other guests satisfactory facilities.
General Rules
If you miss anything in the facility or if you need help, feel free to contact us. All things that are in the apartment / cottage or on the balcony or terrace, may and should be used by the guests. Please handle all the equipment and inventory carefully and treat the property with care. Please make sure that your fellow travelers comply with the rental conditions.
Damage
No one damages things on purpose, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would be glad, if you immediately inform us of the damage and we do not realize this, after your departure. The renter is liable for damages in the amount of the replacement cost.
Duty of care
We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and relatives comply with the rental conditions. The entrance door should basically be closed and locked when leaving the house by key. Likewise, all windows are to close when leaving the apartment to avoid possible damage due to bad weather. The resources of water and electricity must be handled with care.
Disposal
The waste is separated into residual waste, glass, paper, plastic packaging, newspapers and metal. Corresponding containers are available on the property. Please only use trash bins with garbage bags and dispose of them in the residual waste bin. Do not dispose waste leftovers, harmful liquids or anything similar in the kitchen sink, the toilet or the shower. Avoid anything that can lead to clogging of the pipes (no toiletries in the toilet).
Cleaning
If you ever happen to a mishap (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to eliminate this immediately. We ask you to leave the apartment cleaned on departure, or to order the final cleaning for an additional charge with us.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment / cottage.
Pets
The bringing of pets is allowed after consultation with the landlords.
Parking
It can be parked directly in front of the apartment / holiday home. As far as you are provided with a parking space, this does not constitute a custody agreement. The landlord is not liable for vehicles including its content, parked or ranged on the property in case of loss or damage.
House Rules
For immediately necessary repairs, it may be essential that the landlord must enter the apartment without the knowledge of the guest.
Keys
Please never give the keys out of hand. A loss of the key is to be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement cost.
Liabilit
The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guests.
Arrival and departure
The journey takes place after arrangement. On the day of departure, we kindly ask our guests to vacate the apartment / holiday house by 10 am at the latest. On your departure, the apartment / cottage should be in the same condition as on the day you moved in. By booking the apartment, we assume that the house rules are recognized.
